You can leave the Isle of Skye with the Kyle of Lochalsh, a toll-bridge, and drive along the A87 to Invergarry. You must stop at the Eilean Donan Castle, it is notorius for two reasons: the first, its unique rock-bridge and the second, it was been the theatre of the film "Highlander". From Fort Augustus, with the Loch Ness Cruiser, you could do the rounds of the lake, probably it is the best way to see Loch Ness. Stop at the Urquarke Castle, a good view af the greates lake of Great Britain (it is 37 km in length, 3,2 km in width and 230-250 metres in depth) and a museum of monster Nessy.
